Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://borejet.com and any order placed with BoreJet. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Scope of supply

BoreJet supplies industrial spray nozzles and related spray components. Product descriptions, specifications and recommendations are provided to help selection; final suitability is the buyer's responsibility based on the actual duty.

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated. Orders are accepted subject to written confirmation. Drawings, samples and specifications supplied by the customer are used to match the required part.

3. Custom and OEM work

For built-to-sample or built-to-drawing work, the customer confirms they hold the right to reproduce the part or have authorised its manufacture. Tooling and drawing ownership is agreed per order.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted exclusive of freight and any applicable duties unless stated. Payment terms are agreed on the order confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, drawings and photography, is owned by BoreJet or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

BoreJet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products where such use is outside the agreed specification. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China, where BoreJet (DONGGUAN GUOHONG PRECISION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China) is established.
